Her intense customer focus, commitment to building talented teams and passion for innovation has made a significant impact during her tenure at Stryker. Kate is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Stryker\u2019s ENT Business Unit based in Plymouth, MN.  \n\nKate earned her BA degree in applied science (physiotherapy) from the University of Sydney and earned her Graduate Certificate in Mining Engineering from UNSW Australia. Kate is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion and also serves as the President of Stryker\u2019s Women\u2019s Network, an employee resource group with 7500+ members globally, committed to the advancement of women at Stryker.
