Francie Endicott

Francie Endicott is the COO of Clarity Lab Solutions and in addition serves as the Technical Operations Director. Before being named COO in August 2020, Francie was Clarity’s Laboratory Manager and owner of EN-LAB Consulting-a compliance and start up service for Laboratories. With over 40 years of operations experience, Francie has expertise in regulatory and compliance, full scope of technical operational expertise and front office process. She is a graduate of Marshall University with dual degrees and Michigan State in Biomedical Laboratory Operations.
