Dedicated versus Non-Dedicated Onsite Hours 

The exhibit hall remains open for most of the day, below are the hours dedicated exclusively to allowing attendees the opportunity to visit vendors without any other concurrent programming. Additional sessions will take place in the exhibit hall as outlined in your Agenda. You should plan to staff your booth during the dedicated exhibit hours. 

  • Remaining hours Exhibitors are invited to join in on Sessions and participate  

 
Onsite vs. Virtual  

  • Onsite Exhibits will take place at the Ritz Carlton in the dedicated Exhibit Space 

  • Onsite Booths are 10×10 spaces with a 6ft Table and 2 Chairs 

  • Virtual will take place in our 3D platform complete with Avatars, ability to connect 1:1 via Facetime, Meeting spaces, interactive demos and MORE!

Expo Hall Open:  3 PM – 7:00 PM
