Jessica Santaniello

Jessica has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Jessica joined Modernizing Medicine in 2018 as a Software Educator for modmed® Orthopedics, modmed® Pain Management and modmed® Otolaryngology. She led key and enterprise implementations all across the country, working with hundreds of clinicians and their medical staff. She is a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to all things EMA®. Jessica has a keen ability to understand Clinical workflows and how our Solution can assist with each individual practice. As a Solutions Engineer, she utilizes her onsite experience to focus on her passion of helping practices cut down documentation time, improve patient care, and refine the Provider experience.
