Session Description
Voice disorders are frequently encountered in an Otolaryngology practice. Functional Voice Disorders and Spasmodic dysphonia comprise a portion of these cases and often have overlapping symptoms.
Session Objectives
After attending this activity, attendees will be able to:
1. Recognize presentations of Spasmodic Dysphonia and Functional Voice Disorders
2. Describe NON procedural interventions for the treatment of these voice disorders
3. Identify indications for procedural based interventions
4. Recognize areas of future therapy
