This course is a synopsis of USP 797 and gives an overview of the governing guidelines that are currently being used for managing an allergy practice. This includes procedures for clean techniques, allergy clinic setup, and an overview of the current protocols. Usp 797 is the standard in place governing the sterile preparation of compounded pharmaceuticals. USP 797 covers the compounding of both hazardous and nonhazardous drugs with a focus on the protection of sterile compounds and environments from contamination.
