Robert Hillstrom, MD

Dr. Hillstrom is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Robert Hillstrom was born and raised in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He earned his undergraduate degree (B.S), from the University of Notre Dame in 1980 and his medical degree (M.D.), from The Loyola University of Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine in 1984. He completed his internship and residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at Wayne State University, The Detroit Medical Center and subsequently was accepted by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery to undergo fellowship training in Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery which he completed in 1990. Dr. Hillstrom is Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is also Board Certified in Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Hillstrom is one of the select few physicians chosen by Allergan to provide training to other physicians for injectable treatments. Throughout his 25 year career, Dr. Hillstrom has remained dedicated to the art and practice of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
