About Susan Good
Susan is the CEO of ENT Universe, a technology software company that specializes in collaborative education & training of medical providers. She is an expert in business development and clinical operations for retail, audiology and physician-based diagnostic, FDA trial & dispensing programs. She has extensive teaching and practice management experience. She has spent many years in sales & operations for Industry-leading hearing aid manufacturers and has 10 years’ experience in clinical practice. She is also the founder and executive director of the Network of Medical Audiology Professionals. Susan received her Master’s in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctoral degree from the University of Florida.
