About John Lanza

Dr. Lanza received his Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Rochester, New York. Dr. Lanza completed his General Surgery Internship at Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York, and his Otolaryngology Residency training at Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Lanza is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a fellow at the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Lanza is a member of The American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgeons, and he also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Florida State University of Medicine at the Fort Pierce Regional Campus. Dr. Lanza has been serving the Treasure Coast since 1994 with three office locations on the Treasure Coast. He is a past Chief of Staff at St. Lucie Medical Center and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute and is currently a Board of Trustee member at St. Lucie Medical Center. Dr. Lanza was the recipient of the St. Lucie Medical Center; s Legacy Award in 2009. Dr. Lanza holds privileges with the following institutions, and is affiliated with several free-standing surgery centers: Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Fort Pierce, Florida, St. Lucie Medical Center, Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Raulerson Hospital, Okeechobee, Florida.
